According to Dark Blue Sea - the company that owns the Roar.com search engine and Fabulous.com domain registrar - only 8 domain portfolios in the World contain more than 100,000 .com names. 15 portfolios contain from 10,000 to 99,999 .com domains and a further 76 contain between 1,000 and 9,999 .com names - meaning that 2.2 million .com domains (6.4% of the worldwide total) are concentrated into just under 100 portfolios!
